- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have waited over a month to get medication that I need from them. Everytime I call them to see what is going on, they tell me things that my pharmacy of 25 years supposedly said to them (which they say they haven't, as the proceedure to get my meds has always been consistent), and tell me that the paperwork they sent into my insurance was denied. I called the insurance, and they stated they recieved no such paperworkk. I have called billing asking for paperwork for my HIPPA rights (as I believe they violited HIPPA guidelines to try to collect a debt), and it has been over a month and I have not received my requested paperwork. Not only that, the office staff of the Doctor ignores my calls when I am calling in to see what is going on with my medications, as does the billing department. I would not go here if it was the only doctor service in a two hour drive radius. They are not worth your time. Note: it is now 105 days since the start of my trials with them. I no longer can get meds I needed because of the behaviour of their doctors and nursing staff, and they have yet to send me my HIPPA rights.By Gordon Abernathy, February 15, 2017
